Seer finally got nerfed!
You heard it right. Whether you like it or not, Seer has been hindered.

Passive:
Sensor spikes wait time increased from 1.25s to 1.75s
Center circle ellipses removed
Blue spikes range reduced
Field of view reduced
Tactical:
Detonation delay increased from 1.4s to 1.6s
Players will no longer receive damage or flash animation.
Players will have reduced screen shake
You will now move slower while holding tactical
Ultimate:
Cooldown increased to 120s from 90s
Audio volume lowered
Miscellaneous:
Various errors fixed for Seer
Adjustments to voice line volumes for Seer
